Provision of Wet Hire of Excavators - Separable Parts

⁠⁠⁠The Principal is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for excavator wet hire services to supplement the Principal's resources. The Contract will be awarded in separable parts:
(a) Separable part A - Wet hire of excavators 1.5 to 2.4 tonne
(b) Separable part B - Wet hire of excavators 3 to 5 tonne
(c) Separable part C - Wet hire of excavators 8 to 10 tonne
(d) Separable part D - Wet hire of excavators 14 to 16 tonne
(e) Separable part E - Wet hire of excavators 24 to 30 tonne.

Tenderers may place a submission for any or all of the Separable Parts listed in (a) to (e). The Principal reserves the right to accept any or all of the Separable Parts submitted. The Principal will not consider offers which are conditional upon the acceptance of both Separable Parts.

The Principal will not be submitting an in-house tender.
