About this Request
The City of Fremantle is seeking to establish a panel of three pre-qualified suppliers for the Supply of Wet and Dry Plant and Machinery to various sites within the City of Fremantle, as and when required.
The Plant and Machinery has been separated into three Schedules (refer to FCC569/21 Wet and Dry Hire of Plant and Machinery - Price Schedule; attached):
A small sized plant,
B medium sized plant, and
C plant for material processing
The Contract will be awarded per Schedule, with each of the three Panel Member's being allocated a schedule. Should a panel member not have availability at the time required; the City shall utilize one of the other Panel Member's to fill the requirement, at the rates tendered.
The contract is for a two (2) years period, with a one (1) year extension option available, exercisable at the sole discretion of the City.
