AgriFutures Australia Request for Quotation: Writing the Strategic RD&E Plans for the AgriFutures Export Fodder Program and AgriFutures Rice Program

⁠⁠⁠The AgriFutures Rice Program and the AgriFutures Export Fodder Program are nearing the end of their respective Strategic RD&E Plans. Industry consultations and scenario planning has already been conducted for both Programs to determine the Program RD&E objectives in preparation for the development of the new Strategic RD&E Plans.

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is seeking services to consult and partner with AgriFutures Australia to use the outcomes of the industry consultations and scenario planning activities to write the Strategic RD&E Plan for the AgriFutures Rice Program and/or the AgriFutures Export Fodder Program. This will be achieved using a template provided by AgriFutures Australia.

Individuals or organisations can submit to write the Strategic RD&E Plan for one or both of these Programs. Those making a submission are required to have a general understanding of the industry RD&E needs of the Australian export fodder and/or rice industries and their respective supply chains and role within the Australian agricultural sector. Similarly, the successful respondent will demonstrate familiarity with AgriFutures Australia operations, our AgriFutures Australia Strategic RD&E Plan 2017-2020 and the goals of Arena 3 ‘Growing Profitability’.
