Tender Description
The Eurobodalla Shire Council (ESC) invites submissions for a Schedule of Rates Tenders to transport and recycle/reuse biosolids from the following sites:
- Surf Beach Waste Management Facility and;
- Surf Beach Sewage Treatment Plant.
The contract will run for a period of two (2) years from the date of offer and will include an option for a further two (2) years at Council's discretion. The contract will be on an as needs basis and the contractor will be required to undertake the works within ten (10) working days of being requested to transport, recycle/reuse biosolids from either site.
The Contract Price Schedule amounts will be fixed for the initial two years period. After the initial period of two (2) years, (with fixed prices) the Contractor may review and revise their tendered rates (rate increases will be limited to CPI average indices for the relevant industries for labour and material) prior to accepting extension for the final two years period if Council exercises its option to extend the Contract.
