The Shire of Carnarvon is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to carry out an independent governance review. Areas of review include the Council's role, the individual Council Members' role, culture and dynamics, relationship between Council and the CEO, the relationship between Council and the administration, Management of employees, procurement and probity, and record keeping.
