Aurukun Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from organisations, community groups, retailers and others wishing to lease a 39sqm office/retail space being at the Sam Kerindun Senior Business Precinct.
Council has an expectation that the property will be used for commercial offices or retail purposes complementary to the surrounding tenancies.
Expressions of Interest are being requested for an annual rental from $550sqm (GST inclusive) plus common area fee of 10% of annual rental.
The property is currently available for inspection. All requests to access to tenancy must be made to the Aurukun Council Office.
