Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Design and Construction works at Robina Hospital, Mental Health Secure Fencing
Works include, but not limited to:
1) Demolition works
2) Provision of Secure Fencing (Type 1 & Type 2) with gates and anti-dig barrier, behind F & G blocks.
The Contractor shall be responsible for the structural design, structural integrity and certification of the total fencing installation (Type 1 - 3.6m Prefabricated Modular Walls & Type 2 – 3.6m High security mesh fencing system). The Contractor shall design, supply, install and certify a complete secure fencing system including, but not limited to;
- Fence Panels
- Posts
- Rails
- Matching integral gates
- Reinforced concrete bored piers
- Reinforced concrete ground beams/mowing strips/retaining walls
- All sundry fixings
3) Provision of new basketball court and precast concrete seats to form a talking circle in F2-ADP courtyard. Reinstating existing basketball court in G2 courtyard.
4) Provision of additional stormwater drainage to existing low spot in G2 courtyard, raising existing field gully in F2-ADP courtyard area, making good existing field gully in G block staff courtyard.
5) Earthworks: Provision of fill and adjustment of existing levels to new finished design levels.
6) Landscaping: Preparation and provision of suitable topsoil and turf, making good existing gardens etc., Removal of temporary gravel road behind F & G buildings.
