Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠ Project Urban Project Management are calling for Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified building contractors for the Design & Construction of a 33 x unit social housing project on the Sunshine Coast.

To be considered for this EOI you must have:

1. Experience in delivering design & construct Social Housing & Government funded projects preferably over $6m

2. Minimum QBCC Financial Category 4

3. Availability to tender the project commencing mid May 2021

4. 3rd Party Safety, Environmental & Quality accreditation

5. Recent experience delivering comparable projects preferably on the Sunshine Coast
