Cumberland City Council (the Principal), in response to RFx106 is seeking submissions from Utility Management Organisations to support Council with Bill Management and Verification to ensure value for money, increase efficiencies and to reduce costs.

Council require a streamlined checking and verification process which will identify anomilities with our Energy, Gas & Solar invoices and report accordingly together with consumption tracking, emissions monitoring, energy price analysis and meter tracking.

Interested Respondents are required to provide the information requested and specified in the schedules and instructions have been provided.

Please provide all information complete and in full to facilitate Council’s assessment in relation to this opportunity. After initial review, Council will invite appropriately qualified Respondents to conduct a demonstration as stated in the Specification.

The Expression of Interest (EOI) forms the first part of a two stage selective tender process. Following the evaluation of Proponents, Council may, at its sole discretion, request shortlisted Proponents to submit a Request for Tender.
