Tender Description
The Queensland Government, through the Department of Justice and Attorney General are seeking quotes for the development of a practical, flexible and proactive Strategy and Action Plan, in accordance with requirements in Sechdule C of the National Legal Assistance Partnership 2020-25 (NLAP).
The deliverables expected from this RFQ process include the development of:
- Legal Assistance Strategy; and an
- Action Plan
The Department, along with Queensland’s legal assistance sector (the sector), are seeking that the Strategy and Action plan will be practical, flexible and proactive, and that they drive:
- accountability;
- continuous growth; and
- improved outcomes for the community.
