CS Energy - Callide Power Station is seeking tender submissions on the Supply and Delivery of Mill Grinding Spares - Rings and Balls suitable for Babcock-Hitachi 10E10 pulverisers.
Mill Grinding Spares to be supplied under this contract consist of the following:
Mil Grinding Spares Components
• Rings and Balls suitable for Babcock-Hitachi 10E10 pulverisers. Each set of rings and balls consist of the following:
- One chrome cast iron top grinding ring (weight approximately 8 tonnes);
- One chrome cast iron bottom ring (weight approximately 8 tonnes); and
- Ten chrome cast iron grinding balls (weight approximately 1.16 tonnes each).
• The Supplier is expected to provide re-usable transport crates for the balls. These crates will be used for loading and unloading of the balls and also for the safe transport to and from the site
