Tender Description
Expressions of Interest are called for the provision of a COMMUNITY BBQ
To be held on ANZAC Day Eve Saturday 24 April at the Quilpie Club, following the Twilight Service at the Quilpie Cemetery. Successful applicants will be required to provide Steak, Sausages, salad /side dishes, plastic plates & cutlery, Paper serviettes & Tablecloths and serving & cooking utensils.
Catering will be for approximately 150 people.
Quilpie Shire Council will be providing the BBQ free of charge to all community members & visitors.
BBQ & Entertainment will commence at 07.00pm
Expressions of Interest should be in writing marked “ANZAC DAY CATERING” and returned to Quilpie Shire Council by 5:00pm Friday 9 April 2021
