Expressions of Interest - Tresillian Arts Centre Studio Tenancies

⁠⁠⁠In accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Nedlands is seeking expressions of interest from parties interested in practising their art form by way of a studio tenancy at the Tresillian Arts Centre, 21 Tyrell Street, Nedlands.

Applicants must be willing to enter into a lease agreement for the studio and attend a briefing/site inspection on Wednesday, 7 April 2021 at 10am.

Applicants should demonstrate creative excellence, or the potential for creative excellence, in an art form that contributes to the variety of art practices represented at the centre. Applicants are required to demonstrate their willingness to contribute to the Tresillian Arts Centre, undertaking to open the studio to the public and contribute to the centre’s exhibitions.
