Minor Works - Replacement of asbestos vinyl floors and office fitout at the Richmond Hospital

The Townsville Hospital and Health Service Building, Engineering and Maintenance Services (BEMS) department wishes to invite tenders from QBCC licenced building contractors to remove asbestos vinyl floors, replace with new vinyl and fit-out an empty office space at the Richmond Hospital - Gallagher Drive, Richmond, Qld, 4822.

An Class A - Asbestos Licence contractor will be required to undertake the removal of the vinyl flooring and the engagement of an independent certified hygienist is required to monitor and report on air quality during the demolition and on completion of works.

A mandatory site visit is proposed for 11:00am on Wednesday 31st March 2021
