Tender Description
Council advises vehicles as listed in the Form of Tender documentation under “Register of Abandoned Vehicles” are now being offered for sale by tender.
Tenders close Monday 12 April 2021 at 5:00pm.

All vehicles are to be paid for and removed within 5 business days of acceptance of offer. Unregistered vehicles must be removed by a suitable vehicle (e.g. a tow truck or trailer). Failure to arrange for the removal of the vehicle within 5 days may result in the vehicle being deemed abandoned and being sold at auction or otherwise disposed of. It is mandatory that enclosed footwear be worn during inspection of the vehicles.
Vehicles may be viewed at the following depots only at the times specified below:
Dalby – Tuesday 30 March 2021, 8am to 10am
Chinchilla – Wednesday 31 March 2021, 8am to 10am
