WCF Decommissioning & Civil Work

Tenders are invited from experienced Contractors in decommissioning and removal of existing assets.

WCF facility moving towards processing only FOGO waste streams, parts of the facility have become redundant as composting of the FOGO waste stream does not require the use of the digesters and associated equipment. Therefore, decommissioning existing assets will be part of the scope of this project. Removal of these fixed assets will also provide extra floor capacity for processing in the WCF's Tipping Building.

The scope of works includes, but not limited to:

• Decommissioning and removal of Apron Feeders (x4).
• Decommissioning and removal of all Digesters (x4)
• Removal & Installation of Push Walls.
• Minor Tipping Building slab remediation.
• Removal of all services, mechanical & electrical etc.
• Civil works.
• Make good building, ground, and slabs.

The SMRC's waste composting facility building is located at the Regional Resource Recovery Centre (RRRC) in Canning Vale.
