Tender Description
These two AgriFutures Australia programs are midway through their research, development and extension (RD&E) program lifecycles and we are seeking services to review progress against each plan to guide and inform AgriFutures Australia management and future RD&E planning.
This Request for Quote (RFQ) is seeking services to review the three-year AgriFutures Chicken Meat Program RD&E Plan 2019 – 2022, and the five-year AgriFutures Tea Tree Oil RD&E Plan 2018-2022.
The aim of this project is to provide AgriFutures Australia with a review that will:
- Assess the performance of AgriFutures in meeting our investment against the objectives in each plan.
- Determine if the investment is aligned with the indicative spend by objective, and if this is investment is fit for purpose.
- Survey industry experts, levy payers and RD&E end-users to understand if AgriFutures investment in each of these 2 Programs is delivering impact and meeting their expectations, as well as provide insights to new RD&E directions that could be part of future plans.
The outcome of these reviews will provide guidance to AgriFutures Australia management and our industry Advisory Panels about the approach and strategic direction for their next RD&E plan lifecycle.
Individuals or organisations can submit to review one or both of these industries. Those making a submission to conduct the mid-term reviews must have a thorough understanding of AgriFutures Australia and are required to have a general understanding of the Australian chicken meat industry or other intensive livestock industries (if applying for the AgriFutures Chicken Meat Program review) and must understand the Australian tea tree oil industry (AgriFutures Tea Tree Oil Program). Submissions should indicate if they are for one industry or both.
