Professional Painting Services – Sydney

⁠⁠⁠The Consulate General of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for professional painting services of the Consul General’s residence in Sydney.

Prospective quoters may request a copy of the solicitation package by emailing SYDContracts@state.gov.

The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order resulting from this request for quotations to the lowest priced technically acceptable quoter who is a responsible contractor.

We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. FAR 36.204 requires a statement of the magnitude of the project, including an estimated price range; this effort is estimated at less than USD $25,000.

A site visit will occur on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 10:00am, and all prospective quoters are invited to attend. The site location and registration information, including the registration deadline, is noted in the solicitation package.
