Tender Description

DetailsTenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the supply of labour, materials, plant and equipment to undertake civil and landscape works at McIlwaine Park, Rhodes. Works include:

• demolition of the existing seawall and surrounding infrastructure

• construction of a new sandstone environmentally friendly seawall

• construction of a new sandy beach area

• 2.5m shared path and pedestrian lighting

• Plaza area and picnic and BBQ facilities

• Landscaping and native plantings


A non-compulsory site meeting will be held from 10am on 17 March 2021 at McIlwaine Park, Rhodes.
