Provision of Student Accommodation Management Services

⁠⁠⁠The provision of student accommodation on and off campus serves to support the University of Canberra's (UC) strategic plan by promoting an overall exceptional student experience, with a focus on investing in comfortable, attractive, safe and technology-enabled spaces and residences to foster an enriched environment for living and learning.

UC is seeking an experienced professional student accommodation management company to manage the day to day operational, and duty of care of the University owned accommodation. The accommodation consists of UC Lodge, Cooper Lodge, Weeden Lodge North Wing and Weeden Lodge South Wing. The management company will be responsible for the accommodation and welfare of approximately 1390 residents.

The overall objective of this procurement is to identify a Service Provider who can demonstrate their commitment and experience of providing an excellent level of customer care and support to student residents.
