Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The City of Karratha proposes to lease the following spaces associated with the Pam Buchanan Family Centre Community Module located at 51 Gardugarli Drive, Lot 402, Baynton WA 6714 on Deposited Plan 64806:

-Community workshop and boardrooms;

-Reception office;

-Portion of common areas;

-Storerooms; and/or

-Portion of the courtyard.

The City is seeking expressions of interest from Not for Profit Organisations and those organisations Incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act 2015 to lease some or all of these spaces.

The deadline for parties to register their interest is 2:00pm (AWST) Thursday 1 April 2021. Submissions must respond to the information contained in the Lease Expression of Interest Document.
