Tender Description
The Principal requires a Managing Contractor who has demonstrated specific experience in aquatic and community centre projects in complex urban developments. The Principal is seeking to establish a collaborative project environment aimed at all stakeholders and consultants contributing their experience and innovative attitude to achieve best for project outcomes.
The process for selecting a highly experienced, qualified and equipped Managing Contractor to design and construct the Palm Beach Aquatic and Community Centre redevelopment (the Project) is being undertaken in several phases as follows:
Phase 1: Expression of Interest (EOI) (this phase)
Represents the process outlined in this EOI where Tenderers are invited to submit an EOI for the Project.
Phase 2: Select Tender
The Principal may select one or more Tenderers who submit an Offer under the EOI to participate in the Select Tender.
Phase 3: Project Contract
The Principal may select a Phase 2 Successful Tenderer to proceed to enter into a contract for the Project.
