Early Works Package 4--Civil Works and Bulk Excavation Contractor

⁠⁠⁠The Memorial is issuing this RFT to identify the Tenderer that offers the best value for money response for the provision of undertaking civil works, earth retention works and bulk excavation across 3 work sites (‘Requirement’) for the Project.

This scope detailed in this Requirement is referred to Early Works Package 4 (‘EWP4’) and is one of four integrated early works packages to be undertaken as part of the Project. The aim of the four early works packages is to undertake all activities required to enable bulk excavation in advance of the Main Works Packages (‘MWP’).
