Tender Description
The City of Newcastle (CN) is upgrading the existing streetscape at the Intersection of Cowper and Kokera Streets, Wallsend in accordance with the Wallsend Local Centre Public Domain Plan and Floodplain Risk Management Plan. The works are split into two stages, referenced as 3A and 3B.
The purpose of this tender is to complete the Stage 3A Earlier works, which includes the Construction of new drainage infrastructure, augmentation of Ironbark Creek, Tree removal, Footbridge removal as well as the installation and remediation of disturbed areas to pre-existing conditions, including landscaping and pavement works in anticipation of Stage 3B Works.
Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the tenderer. Lodgement information is provided in the RFT document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender submitted.
