Supply of Pressure Cleaning Services

⁠⁠⁠The City of Melville is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake High Pressure Jetting and Steam cleaning services throughout the City.

This Contract is for a two year period with three additional 12 month option periods which will be exercised at the sole discretion of the City. The City will appoint one Contractor for the provision of the Services under the Contract.

At the discretion of the City the Contractor may be eligible to be awarded remedial cleaning work, other than the works specified in this Contract, up to the value of $15,000 excl. GST without the City seeking competitive quotes, provided a formal quote has been submitted by the Contractor and accepted by the City.
