Expressions of interest are called for suitable business to apply to lease a designated area for commercial purposes on the Denham Foreshore.
To be considered the business must provide a service that complies with the Council’s Local Government Property Local Law for the location.
Expressions of interest detailing the business proposal can be emailed to admin@sharkbay.wa.gov.au by close of business on Wednesday 17 March 2021.
