Expression of Interest – Council Residence Lease

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Mount Magnet is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from persons and/or organizations interested in the lease of an executive style residence in Mount Magnet.

The Shire of Mount Magnet resolved at its Ordinary Council Meeting dated 24 th of February 2021 to seek expressions of interest to lease the residence that is located at 68 Watson Street Mount Magnet. The premises being a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom/toilet property in very good condition. The residence has air conditioning/heating, outside patio and a reasonable size yard and has recently been renovated with new flooring, blinds and doors/windows with a 2 street setback from the main highway.

Council seeks expressions of interest at a weekly tenancy lease rental of $500 that reflects the executive nature of the residence and will consider a tenancy lease arrangement on a long term basis, although all expressions of interest will be considered by Council.
