Operational Management of Commercial Car Parks

⁠⁠⁠On 12 May 2016 Georges River Council was proclaimed and comprises of the former Hurstville City Council and the former Kogarah City Council. Combined the new Local Government Area has 149,000 residents, covers 43 square kilometres and comprises of 21 suburbs within the 5 wards: Blakehurst, Hurstville, Kogarah Bay, Mortdale and Peakhurst. Council's customers come from across a vast diversity that includes residents, visitors, businesses, government and non-government agencies.

ABOUT THE RFT: Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers for the Operational and Management of car parks located on Council sites.
Council is primarily seeking a Service Provider who is able to work with Council to develop and implement a long-term strategy that will best achieve Council car parking objectives.
The successful Tenderer will be the Contractor that is able to demonstrate compliance with the tender specifications whilst optimising the achievement of Council car parking objectives detained in the Tender documents.
The Service Provider must have demonstrated proficiency in the use of the Scheidt and Bachmann (and Zipby) software platform and associated equipment in large scale car parking operations.
