Cowra Bowling and Recreation Club are seeking to improve its facilities and general services to its members, guests and the community of Cowra.
We are seeking expressions of interest from qualified builders to complete Stage 3 of a 5 stage Club Masterplan. Stage 3 will include an Alfresco function spaces, incorporating an outdoor kitchen.
The Club is seeking a select tender list 3 to 4 builders to tender on a Construction Management process for the delivery of the project.
The selection criteria will include experience, preliminaries, margins and construction programme. The club requests that any builder priorities the use of local sub-contractors.
