Tender Description
North Lakes State College is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new Oval Amenities Block at North Lakes State College, located at Joyner Cct, North Lakes QLD 4509, as part of the School Direct program.
The new building consists of Amenities facilities, two Stores and a Kiosk. The position of the building is on the north of the school campus adjacent to the existing oval. All works are to be completed by May 2021.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
