⁠⁠⁠Expression of Interest are sought for the lease of:

• 4731 Jalbarragup Road, Acton Park, WA 6280 (Vasse Research Facility); including
• Lots 5418, 5419 & 5420 (Parcel 195527) Acton Park Road, Acton Road (Hill Block")

Closing date for submission 4PM 19th March 2021 by email to wayne.howell@dprid.wa.gov.au

• Proposed lease area approx. 458 ha and 159 ha (respectively) suitable for animal grazing, dairy operations and cropping.
• Term of lease five (5) years commencing 1st May 2022, with a further five (5) year period at the sole discretion of the Lessor.
• Respondents to provide a detailed applications addressing selection criteria:

1. Previous experience in managing a dairy herd.
2. Operational plan for the term of the lease/agreement, including expected levels of productivity.

Shortlisted applicants will then be given the opportunity to submit a bid. No access to the property without Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) specific approval.

• DPIRD reserving the right to negotiate variations to agreed lease area annually subject to DPIRD research requirements.
• The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
