Tender Description

Tenders are invited for the establishment of a Supplier Arrangement (SA) for professional catering services for major events and conferences.

 
This SA is to provide Council with access to professional catering services across Council’s Sport & Community Venues (Sunshine Coast Stadium, Venue 114 & Caloundra Indoor Stadium).
 
It is recognised that each catering service is different depending on the type of event, number of guests and budget therefore, Event specific requirements may be communicated prior to an event.
 
The Arrangement will incorporate two categories
 
  • Category 1 – Catering at Major Events
  • Category 2 – Conference Catering
This Arrangement covers Council venues, specifically major event requirements of Sport & Community Venues for the term of the Arrangement.
This Arrangement will be established for a period of two (2) years. 
 
Inclusion onto this Arrangement does not provide a guarantee of work with Council during the term of this Arrangement.
 
Council aims to encourage local business development, growth and sustainability, by engaging with businesses who demonstrate a willingness to contribute to long term local employment generation, and support local Sunshine Coast community initiatives
