Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the development of a Master Plan for the future of the Caloundra Aerodrome.
The successful Consultant will be engaged to deliver a Master Plan for the Caloundra Aerodrome, to guide the future direction of the aerodrome in a way that responds to emerging opportunities, effectively manages impacts and optimises potential benefits.
The successful Consultant will have a demonstrated track record in developing similar Master Plans for large scale multi-faceted private and government projects.
This is a lump sum contract. It is anticipated this contract will commence in April 2021 with the Master Plan completed by February 2022.
