Scope of Work
Design, Supply and Delivery of Neutral Earthing Resistors (NER) to support the change out of its existing NERs at the Tom Price mine site, including but not limited to the following:
• Overall management and responsibility for project execution, including design and supply;
• Quantity - seven (7) of the 3.3kV 200A 10s 9.53ohms NER;
• Quantity - one (1) of the 11kV 400A 10s NER;
• The NERs need to have the monitoring system installed;
• Startco monitoring relay (SE-330-00-00) as well (110V DC system). (Along with the required sensing resistors and the earth leakage CTs);
• Terminal links in the control box to be sliding link types (Phoenix links) suitable to take 6mm2 cables;
• Enclosure colour to be Orange;
• External NER earth connection point for the NER;
• Enclosure earthing point to be provided;
• 3.3kV and 11kV Neutral cable termination box to install cable term, sensing resistors and CTs; and
• All doors to be pad lockable. Term box, NER inspection door to be bolted as well.
