The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for a Preliminary Business Case - Delivery and Project Management of Coomera Hospital and Health Precinct .
Gold Coast Hospital and Health Services (GCHHS) requires the development and delivery of appropriate planning documentation in the form of a Preliminary Business Case (PBC) to successfully progress consideration for the required infrastructure funding to build new hospital and health infrastructure in the Coomera area.
GCHHS is looking for a managing contractor to develop, co-ordinate, project manage and deliver this PBC.
This project will build on the work of the existing Coomera Health Centre preliminary business case and the Gold Coast Growth investment concept brief for hospital infrastructure.
