RFQ ISP Internet Connection – Melbourne

⁠⁠⁠The U.S. Consulate General, Melbourne is seeking proposals from suitably qualified vendors to provide the United States Consulate in Melbourne with an internet connection with the following requirements:

Scope of Works
The ISP vendor is to provide the United States Consulate in Melbourne with an Internet connection with the following requirements:
1. Type of connection: Fiber including full installation to the Consulate communication rack
2. Speed: Minimum of 100/100 Mbps
3. Data limit: Unlimited data per month
4. Contention Ratio: 1:1
5. Service Level Agreement: Standard 99.95 availability and 24/7 technical support
6. ISP to provide a managed pre-configured router
7. Total of 14 usable fixed public IP addresses are required (Subnet of 16IP addresses)
8. No firewall or ports restrictions on the connection
9. Maximum subscription term is 12 months
10. Must not use TPG or iiNet infrastructure
11. Must comply with U.S. Government NDAA requirements
