Tender Description
Assist with the development and Validation of Market Documents and work with Business Analyst and Commonwealth Stakeholders to:
-Ensure current specifications/requirements are presented to market as appropriate software requirements/terminology, and
-Develop acceptance testing (Functional and Non-Functional), both for initial receipt of application and for ongoing acceptance and testing of in service application updates.
-Recommend design review and testing milestones/deliverable,
-Ensure Functional Performance Specification (FPS) is realistic
Participate in the evaluation and negotiation Phase of this procurement:
• Participate in tender evaluation process as the technical (iOS) SME
• Assist Commonwealth with technical components of negation plans and directives.
