E Recruitment Solution

The Principal is seeking an E-Recruitment solution that will support its needs for the recruitment typically of 40 permanent positions, 25 casual positions annually and sundry internal Expressions of Interest, achieving the following objectives:

a) To create time saving efficiencies

b) To create process and outcome consistencies

c) The ability to manage a passive candidate pool for future vacancies

d) Reporting and oversight with analytics on recruitment process and outcomes.

The ideal solution would provide intuitive and effective candidate management, be of suitable scale for the organisation and integrate seamlessly with existing systems of Synergysoft and Altus Payroll.
