Hunter Water is pleased to invite you to submit information regarding the provision of total waste management services.
Hunter Water produces approximately 10,000 tonnes of waste soil annually, 150 tonnes of scrap metal and 150 tonnes of solid waste from offices and depots based on known recorded weights. The general solid waste from our sites and depots ranges from General Solid Waste, co-mingled recycling, cardboard recycling, organics, green waste, soft plastics and various other waste and recycling streams.
We are seeking information from suitably qualified and experienced providers within our region to asses the benefits of a single solution as compared with multi service offerings.

Key objectives are to:
· Reduce waste to land fill and maximise recycling
· Maximise re-use opportunities for waste / recycling
· Provide transparency of waste and recycling streams through robust reporting
· Optimise total cost of waste and recycling
