Detailed Design and Project Superintendent Services for Solar Photovoltaic (PV) System

The Principal is seeking Submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Consultants, to provide Detailed Design and Project Superintendent Services for the Principal's Solar Photovoltaic PV System at the Newman Refuse Site located on Yates Road, Newman WA 6753.

At high level, the requirements of this request include but not limited to

Complete the Detailed Design of the Newman Refuse Site Solar Photovoltaic System which will provide power to the following facilities

The Newman Liquid Waste Facility (LWF) (30kw);

The Container Deposit Scheme (CDS) Refund Point Shed (15kW);

The CDS Refund Point Administration Building (10 kW); and

The Newman Compactor Shed (15kW).

Assure the site is provided with sufficient power for operations of all facilities in all weather conditions with a duty/standby power supply

Develop the Tender documentation for a construction contractor to construct the detailed design; and

Provide superintendent services for the Construction Contractor phase of works.
