Tender Description
Rest Area Facilities in the Wide Bay Region require upgrading this includes but is not limited to water supply infrastructure.
Below is a list of all required rest areas that need water tank upgrades by 14 May 2021.
PDF's of all locations and GPS co-ordinates will be attached to this request.
Site 1 – Rest Area 74
2 x approx. 3000-3500L Poly Tanks
On ground, connected to building roof for runoff, plumbed with an auto shut-off tap
Site 2 – Rest Area 111
2 x approx. 10,000-12,000L Poly Tanks
Plumbed with filling standpipe
2 x 3m high Poly Tank Stands to suit 10,000-12000 L tanks
1 x approx. 3000-3500L Poly Tank
On ground, connected to building roof for runoff, plumbed with an auto shut-off tap
Site 3 – Rest Area 112
3 x 3000-3500L Poly Tank
2 x Plumbed with filling standpipe
1 x On ground, connected to building roof for runoff, plumbed with an auto shut-off tap
2 x 3m high Poly Tank Stands to suit 3000-3500 L tanks
Site 4 – Rest Area 116
1 x approx. 3000-3500L Poly Tank

Construction/installation
Evidence that tanks and stands are engineered to meet all relevant Australian Standards will need to be supplied.
Works schedule will have to be coordinated with the project manager so supplementary on-site activities can be carried out in a timely manner.
NOTE: Submitted offers are to be inclusive of all costs IE labour, plant, materials and any subcontract costs to provide the facilties mentioned above.
This request for quote may be awarded to more than one supplier.
