Investment Advisory Services

The Principal is currently managing its investment portfolio in house by authorised employees.

A monthly report on the Principal's investment portfolio is then routinely presented to Council periodically.

The Principal is seeking a partner for the provision of Investment Advisory Services for the Principal's investment portfolio of up to $75 million to achieve the following objectives:

a) To maximise incremental investment portfolio income.

b) To be advised in identifying and to determine the best investment options.

c) To broaden investment options through advice on strategy and policy.

d) To automate the investment and redemption processes.

e) To provide online reporting for the Shire's investment portfolio
