Tender Description
This contract is for the pre-implementation phase of the 4090 SH3 Napier Road project.
This Professional Services contract is for the detailed design, consenting and management, surveillance and quality assurance phases for the corridor treatments along SH3 Napier Road including the installation of signals at Roberts Line.
The scope of this project was identified in the detailed business case which has been supplied as an attachment to the tender documentation.
The scope of work includes three key components:
- Speed management along the corridor through the reduction of speed limits
- Traffic signals at SH3 Napier Road / Roberts Line/Te Matai Road
- Walking and cycling facilities including a shared path from Sutton Place to Roberts Line.
