Expression of Interest - Turners Beach – Integrated Pathway, Streetscaping & Traffic Management Plan

⁠⁠⁠The Council is seeking expression of interest from community membes to participate on a working group to assist in creating a master plan for the Turners Beach area to the north of the Bass Highway.

The project will include finalising of the location of the shared pathway to link the current path at Turners Beach Road with the soon to be constructed section off the eastern end of  The Esplanade, consider traffic management issues such as speeding and driver behaviours whilst maintaining and enhancing  the streescapes in the area. The project aims to ensure issues are considered in an integrated way and not as standalone issues.

Ideally, the community working group will consist of, but is not limited to, a member of the Turners Beach Consutative committee, business owners and operators, community groups and local residents who have the local knowledge and creative ideas to help.
