Security Monitoring & Surveillance Services

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the provision of security monitoring and surveillance services to Hunter Water for a two (2) year contract period with three (3) by one (1) year extension options.

1. Background
The security services required by Hunter Water includes:
1. Mobile patrolling services (scheduled and ad hoc mobile patrols)
2. Response to alarm activations at Hunter Water assets and / or sites
3. Static guard services on an as needs basis
4. Continuous mobile patrolling of critical infrastructure sites on an as needs basis
The successful tenderer must, as a minimum, meet the following requirements:
Hold a Master Security Licence.
Complaint with Security Industry Act of NSW 1997 and Security Industry Regulation 2007.
Must have demonstrated resourcing capability to meet the service requirements of this contract at all times.
More than three years (3) trading experience as a licensed security company.
Sub-contractor arrangements are not permissible.
Previous experience delivering this type of service for similar sized organisations.
The principle place of business must be situated within Hunter Water's area of operations.
