The Richmond Valley Council area lies in the beautiful Northern Rivers region of NSW and extends from the coastline at Evans Head to the foothills of the Great Dividing Range to the west, interspersed with State forests, national parks and nature reserves.
Summary of the Request
This tender is for the construction of Stage 2 (Lots 11 to 19 inclusive) of a residential subdivision at Canning Drive, Casino
The works include, but are not limited to erosion and sedimentation works, traffic management, earthworks, drainage, road and pavement construction, water and sewer reticulation.
All works are to be undertaken in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, the specification, nominated drawings and written onsite instructions provided by the Superintendent or the Superintendent’s Representative.
