Renewal SA seek appropriately qualified, licensed and experienced organisations for the supply of civil engineering and landscaping Works.
The site of the Works is located in the heart of the Lot Fourteen site, directly adjacent the occupied heritage buildings.
The Civil and Landscaping works are to be awarded as a lump sum amended AS2124 Contract, delivered through two separable portions
