The works consists of the design, construction and installation of new LED flood lights and poles to illuminate field at the Kootingal Recreation Ground
The ground is currently used for Rugby League during daylight hours and training at night. Lux levels, pole heights, headgear arrangements would need to facilitate match/competition level or similar.
The sequence of work will require the following:
1. Supply and take delivery and store new floodlights.
2. Supply and take delivery of new floodlighting poles.
2. Excavate and install underground power and control cabling.
2. Install new pole footings.
3. Assemble new light poles ready for erection.
5. Erect new poles and lights and connect.
6. Test operation of new and relocated poles.
7. Aim flood lights as specified in conjunction with flood light supplier.
8. Carry out light level readings to verify performance in conjunction with flood light supplier
