Tender Description
The Department of Education is calling for submissions for the construct with design elements of a covered outdoor learning area at Park Ridge State High School. The base design documents have been provided within the tender.
The Functional Requirements of the covered outdoor learning area are as follows:
- Demolition of existing concrete pathway, sign and timber seating wall.
- Removal of existing grass and vegetation.
- Covered outdoor learning area with new covered link to connect to existing.
- Seating and landscape features to the Covered outdoor learning area.
- Supply and install concrete slabs, footings and piers.
- External and internal lighting to the covered area.
- Finalise colour approvals via the stakeholders prior to procurement.
The Design and Construct tender is expoused to allow flexibility in the works and value management where this is approved by the stakeholders.
A site visit is scheduled for Friday, 19th February at 8:30 a.m. Please sign-in at the School Administration Office prior to the visit commencing.
