Landcom is seeking Expression of Interest from suitably qualified, experienced and resourced Civil Contractors (Applicants) its Pre-Qualified Panel for Civil Contractors (Pre-Qualified Panel).
The purpose of this EOI is to establish the Pre-Qualified Panel. Successful Applicants from this EOI will be appointed to the Pre-Qualified Panel and may be invited to quote/tender on specific projects.
The civil works projects generally involve the various stages of residential, commercial and industrial land development. Landcom operates on both green and brown field sites. Panel members will be required to demonstrate experience and skills in implementing and delivering civil works projects typically ranging from $500,000 to $40,000,000.
